	So there seem to be people registering, and never posting, and people registering and posted inappropriate material on the board. So, I decided to create a group called "Stupid People." This group can't do anything. AT ALL. They are not allowed to do anything on the forums, from having sig and avies, to viewing posts, or making them. I am not quite done, I'll finish tomorrow.
